AxiePlusController and scope
AxiePlus is responsible for the processing described here. This policy applies to the site, its tools, accounts, and communications. External services linked from AxiePlus have their own policies.
- We do not request seed phrases or private keys.
- A public Ronin address may be personal data when it is linked to an account or activity.
- Ronin Wallet access requires a signature to verify that you control the address.
Data we may process
Depending on the feature you use, we may process the following categories of data:
- Public Ronin address and network used for authentication.
- Account and entitlement data needed to enable tools or benefits.
- Technical and usage data needed to maintain security and improve the site.
- Email or other data you voluntarily provide when a feature requires it.
How we use data
We use data only to provide requested features, authenticate and protect accounts, maintain the site, understand its performance when you allow analytics, and respond to questions. We do not use a wallet address to request or access seed phrases or private keys.
- Authenticate control of an address through a challenge and signature.
- Check account permissions or benefits.
- Detect errors, abuse, and security issues.
- Send communications only where there is specific permission to do so.
Sessions, cookies, and local storage
We use a necessary, protected, expiring session cookie to keep you signed in after authentication. We may also store the privacy choice and some tool preferences locally in your browser. Optional analytics are not enabled unless you allow them.
Optional analytics
When you allow it, we may use Umami, hosted at analytics.niboc.com.ar, to understand how the site is used and identify improvements. If you also sign in with Ronin, subsequent visits are associated with a pseudonymous identifier derived from your wallet; we do not send the full address to Umami. After sign-out, new events are no longer associated with that identity. You can reject analytics or change your choice from the privacy settings.
Email and newsletter
Ronin Wallet access does not currently require an email, and we do not use a wallet address to send marketing. If we add a newsletter or email communication, we will request separate subscription consent, explain its purpose, and provide a simple way to unsubscribe.
External services and transfers
Some tools query game APIs, marketplaces, or services and may link to sites such as Ronin or Axie Infinity. Those third parties have their own policies and terms. When analytics is enabled, the relevant provider may process technical data under its own documentation. Depending on the providers used, data may be processed outside Argentina.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or use. We retain each piece of data only as long as needed for its purpose, to meet obligations, or to resolve claims; afterward we delete, anonymize, or block it where appropriate.
Your rights
You may ask what data we process, request access, correction, updating, or deletion, and withdraw analytics consent. You can also unsubscribe from any email communication through each message. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channel below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, providers, or processing practices change. The current version will be published on this page, with an update date where appropriate.
